Spectacle of acrobatics

The spectacle of acrobatics “Tecendo Fios D’éter” shows the story of a relationship of a couple. The conflicts, feelings, love, dreams, admiration and affection for each other becomes very evident throughout the scenes, made with the creation of new forms of movement.

The performance will take you to circus in their roots, but it is essentially the movement, in its various interpretations that the word can generate. And it goes beyond these interpretations, seeking frames, compositions of images, colors and movements that incite the imagination of viewers, using light as a support for the consideration of the new forms. It is a great play on the handicraft technology production, combined with the research of alternative energy sources for moving objects and other instruments.

Daniel Lacourt and Dani Oliveira work with aerial acrobatics, and produce their own shows and their equipment. They work won special sponsorships by Bolsa Funarte de Incentivo a Pesquisa e Arte Circense and Fundo de Apoio à Cultura – FAC (Fund for the support of Culture), resulting in the creation of this unique show.
