| The Board of Directors of the Association of Diplomats of Brasília - ASDIBRA got together on January 20th to establish the main activities for the first semester of 2005. |

| The meeting took place at the restaurant "Camarão e Cia", at 206 Sul and there were the President of the Association, Mr. Senén Conejeros, from the Embassy of Chile, the Administrative Director, Mr. Pedro Paulo Moreira, honorary member and director of THE GUIDE, the Cultural Matters Secretary Mr. Li Baojun and the Cultural Matters Secretary Mr. Ding Shan, both from the Embassy of China and the Sports Issues Secretary Mr. Ihab Ahmed, from the Embassy of Egypt. Mrs. Pamela Vivas, from the Embassy of Uruguay, and Mrs. Maria Eugenia Carbajal, from the Embassy of Mexico, also members of the association, were not present because they were travelling. |

| During the meeting, an agenda of activities for the diplomatic community was approved for the first semester of 2005. Among the activities planned, there is a tennis tournament, a soccer tournament, volleyball, a boat trip on the "Paranoá Lake" and a trip to "Hotel Mestre D'armas", not to mention barbecues, cocktail party, fun day out for the children and international party. There will also be lectures of interest of the diplomatic community and their families. |

| Many embassies participate of the sportive tournaments. |

| All the members agreed with the propositions of Mr. Senén Conejeros, in which ASDIBRA must accomplish an increase of the number of associates by presenting to the community advantages in being an associate. The associates will have discounts on stores, restaurants and medical and dental treatments. |

| Mr. Senén Conejeros presented the goals to promote the growth of the Association. |

| ASDIBRA will promote a cocktail for the community of the Embassies and international organizations on the next February 18th. With the cocktail, the Association aims to promote a larger participation of the members of all embassies and international organizations in the Association |
