The concept of the Du Forno was born from a passion for gathering friends and gastronomy in the same environment. This was the objective of Chef Marco Aurélio, graduate in gastronomy by the Instituto de Ensino Superior de Brasília – IESB and with over six years experience as a personal chef. |
