Chapada dos Veadeiros
Chapada dos Veadeiros, recognized by the United Nations as a biosphere reserve, and with an incredible national park located at th Central Region of Brazil, in the State of Goiás, 180 km from Brasília. It is one of the most abundant drinkable water reserve in the world, being an ecological sanctuary, and is well known for its mysticism and alternatives therapies.

The great walks in the Chapada’s tracks, with its waterfalls baths, adds flavor to the taste of the great variety of dishes we offer to our clients, from regional dishes to more sophisticated ones, from small cantines to more refined places, all of them having great hospitality and exquisite food.
The snacks we provide for the walks, with fruits, juices, sandwiches and delicious sweet pies, also contribute to the success of our tour trips.
Transportation
Adventure and comfort mixed together in our activities, and it couldn’t be different with our vehicles, cars and vans with air conditioning, special seats and music. All that comfort in contrast with the powerful jeeps, required for the treks.

HOW TO GET TO ALTO PARAÍSO
The Chapada dos Veadeiros is located in the Planalto Central (Central Plateau), north of Brasília, in the northeast of the state of Goiás. It takes 230kms from Brasília to Alto Paraíso. If you coming by car, from Brasília, follow the BR-020 road (north exit of Brasília). A few kilometer past the satellite city of Planaltina, turn left to take the GO-118 road. It goes straight to Alto Paraíso, that is iat the km 166 of that road.
For those who will prefer to go by plane, the nearest airport for regular flights is in Brasília. Alternativas Turismo can pick you up in Brasília and take you to the Chapada, including all our tour services. If you are a member of the Diplomatic Corps in Brasília, we can pick you up at your embassy or residence.
