| The Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mr. Ivan Jancárek, together with the Secretary of Culture of the Federal District of Brasilia, Mr. Sylvestre Gorgulho and several diplomats of the Czech Republic embassy, welcomed all the invited guests for the opening of the exposition and offered a very warming evening social reception. Among all the guests, there were several Brazilian authorities, ambassadors, diplomats, intellectuals and personalities of the Brazilian elite society. |

| All guests were able to see various panels of achievements and works of the famous Czech architect, Joze Plecnik. Upon the arrival of all guests, the Secretary of Culture of the Federal District of Brasilia, Mr. Sylvestre Gorgulho, gave a very graceful speech for the presence of all guests and thanked the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mr. Ivan Jancárek, for the beautiful initiative to bring for the Brazilian public some of the beautiful works of Joze Plecnik. Furthermore, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic also gave a thankful speech regarding the support of the Government of the Federal District of Brasilia and the great presence of the public. After a great set of applauses from all guests, the event continued in a joyful environment of fraternity. |
