| The event took place at the beginning of the afternoon on June 29th and took in the diplomatic body, authorities of the Brazilian government, businessmen and other personalities of the society of Brasília. The Canadian school Maple Bear (which started its activities in Brasília this year) was present at the event providing information about its teaching method. |

| After the arrival of the guests, The Military Band of Brasília played the national anthem of Brazil and Canada. Thereafter the ambassador, Mr. Rishchynski, made a speech, thanking for the appearance of everybody and underlining the relationship of amity between Canada and Brazil. |
