| In the beginning of the afternoon on August 31st of 2006, the embassy of Trinidad and Tobago celebrated its National Day. |

| The national anthems of Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago were played and after that the Ambassador Moore, accompanied by Mrs. Susiane Teixeira, Secretary of the embassy, gave a short speech thanking everybody's presence and they proposed a toast to Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago. |

| The guests could taste traditional dishes and a variety of appetizers, that were accompanied with tequila, whiskey and national and imported wines. The mood was even more joyful with the traditional music from Trinidad and Tobago, and everybody danced according to that rhythm. |
