| After the arrival of everybody, the British ambassador, Mr. Collecott, made a speech underlining the growth of the relations between Great Britain and Brazil. Thereafter the Brazilian minister, Mr. Sergio Rezende, spoke in the name of the Brazilian president Mr. Luis Inacio Lula da Silva, demonstrating the satisfaction of the government of Brazil about the increasing relations with the United Kingdom, which is expanding to several areas. |
