The event happened in the gymnasium of the American School of Brasília – EAB. Many representatives from various embassies were in the event. |

The meeting began with speeches delivered by the directors of AWCI. On the agenda were compromises of the group for the next two months, and a presentation about carnival in Brazil, especially in Rio de Janeiro, Bahia and Pernambuco. |
