| The distinguished guests, adding to over one hundred, joyfully chattered at the entrance hall, before the official ceremonies began. Among the guests, there were Ambassadors and other diplomats from the many international missions in Brasília, Brazilian government authorities, Consuls and citizens of Brasília. |

| After the cocktail reception, the Ambassador invited the guests to find their seats and gave a speech exalting the people and the nation of Gabon and the diplomatic relations between Gabon and the Republic of Brazil. And thanking the presence of all, the Ambassador kindly visited every guest at their table and toasted with them. |
