| The Embassy of Korea celebrated its National Day on the last October, 5th, receiving its guests to a co fraternization dinner in the gardens of the residence of the Ambassador Kwang-dong Kim. |

Dozen of guests were present at the event, among members of the Diplomatic Corps, authorities of the Brazilian government and personalities of the society of Brasilia. |

| As soon as the guests arrived, the beautiful and charming decoration of typical Korean lanterns, set along the driveway of the official residence, antecipated the importance of such special night. The Ambassador Kwang-dong Kim, and the other diplomats and attachés from the Korean Embassy received everyone with their usual kindness. |

| Miss Ana Paula and Miss Melissa Andrade, of the embassy staff, were also greeting the guests. |

| The gardens of the Embassy were amazingly decorated and everybody could see the landscapes and beautiful sites of that beautiful country, exhibited in a movie on a large screen. The evening was perfect with a comfortable temperature and a clear sky, quite common this time of the year. |

| After the opening cocktail, offered along-side the swimming pool, the Ambassador Kwang-dong Kim made a short welcoming speech, followed by the Brazilian and Korean Anthems. Later, the guests were invited to dinner, made with a variety of delights from that country. |
