The embassy of Thailand celebrated their National Day on December 03rd 2009, when the ambassador of that country, Mr. Chakarin Chayabongse, received dozens of guests at Clube do Exército, at Setor de Clubes Sul.

Among the guests there were ambassadors, diplomats, Brazilian authorities, businessmen and personalities from Brasilia’s society.

After the guests’ arrival, members of the Thai community performed a traditional dance from that beautiful country. The ambassador of Thailand, Mr. Chakarin Chayabongse, made a speech about the growing of relations with Brazil, very applauded by all.

After the speech, the guests were invited for a celebration dinner with typical dishes of Thailand and Brazil.
