The event was held on August 25th 2011 when the ambassador of Uruguay, Mr. Carlos Amorín, and other Uruguayan diplomats and military attachés were greeted by ambassadors, diplomats, Brazilian authorities, businessmen, members of Brasilia’s society and members of the Uruguayan community in Brasilia.
