| The governments of Ukraine and Venezuela celebrated a bilateral agreement on February 23rd 2006. |

| During the event, the Ukrainian ambassador, Mr. Yurii Bogaievsky and the Venezuelan ambassador, Mr. Julio José Garcia Montoya, gave speeches emphasizing the importance of the agreement and the increase on trades between the two countries. After the speeches, the ambassadors signed the documents of the Agreement and invited everyone to a co fraternization dinner. |

| The agreement anticipates the entrance on Ukraine or Venezuela for all foreigners of these countries, with diplomatic or official passports, without the necessity of visa. |
