| On October, 2005, The Group of Ambassadresses promoted a fashion show of typical costumes of the nations of the international community. The event was held at the "Clube das Nações", in the Setor de Clubes Sul of Brasília, and it also included a gastronomic festival with the traditional dishes of the participating countries. |

| The night was perfect, with comfortable temperatures and a clear sky, which contributed to the success of the event that took place along side the pool of the club. The costumes displayed were very charming and beautiful, with much applause by the public at each presentation. For the most part, the models were relatives and members of the Diplomatic Corps, and they were all very proud to represent their respective countries for such a noble cause. |

| The Group of Ambassadresses, whose President is the Ambassadress of Honduras, Mrs. Rosa Maria de Lozano, has promoted many events that provide social aid to various causes. On November 3rd, the group visited the "Lar dos Velhinhos" (an institution for the care of the aged) in Taguatinga, where, besides giving a lot of care and attention, they sponsored donation of dozens of milk box. |
