| The Ambassador Victor Manuel Lozano Urbina gave a quick speech in which he emphasized the collaboration from the honored consul, who has been representing the Honduran government so well in São Paulo. Soon after that the Honduran Minister Édina Rossina Sagastume de Gonzaga read the act published in Honduras in which she was honored. After the reading, the Ambassador decorated the Consul with the Honduran Medal of Honor, which was very applauded by the attendees. |
