For the celebration of the 100 years of diplomatic relations between Honduras and Brazil, the embassy of Honduras brought on September, 2007, the exhibition “Honduras - Artística Al Descubierto Brasil 2007”, displaying the works of its biggest contemporary artists.
Ambassador of Honduras, Mr. Victor Manuel Lozano Urbina and the ambassadress Rosa Maria Lozano.


Dozens of guests were at the event.




The opening of the exhibition happened at the foyer of the Teatro Nacional of Brasilia and counted on the presence of ambassadors, diplomats, artists, intellectuals and authorities of Honduran and Brazilian governments, among them, the Brazilian Minister of Culture, Mr. Gilberto Gil, who was received by the ambassador of that country, Mr. Victor Manuel Lozano Urbina.

The exhibition happened in Brasilia from September 11th to 16th of 2007 and was also seen in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The beautiful pieces of sculpture and the beautiful paintings from many styles amazed the Brazilian public, which complimented a lot the cultural initiative of that country.
Beautiful paintings and sculptures received a lot of compliments from the public.







The event was a demonstration of friendship and fraternization between Honduras and Brazil
