| The Polish Movie Festival was held at Cine Brasilia, between November 3rd and 8th. The event presented movies from the Polish director Krzysztof Zanussi and counted with the presence of many diplomats, students and intellectuals that attended to watch the movies. |

| The festival that exhibited a total of six movies, started with the movie "O Galope" (The Gallop). On the following days other movies were shown: "Constans", "O ano do Sol tranqüilo" (The Year of the Quiet Sun), "A vida como doença fatal sexual transmissível" (Life as a Fatal Transmissible Sexual Disease), "Esteja onde estiver" (Wherever you are) and "O toque silencioso" (The silent touch). |
