| The art gallery “Galeria de Arte Dulcinéia Martins de Souza”, located inside restaurant Picanhas do Sul, opened its doors, on April 28th, to the Vernissage of the exhibition “Mulheres Pintando Mulheres” (Women painting women), which displays dozens of paintings expressing the beauty, the happiness and the mystery of being a woman. |

| The event had the presence of dozens of people, among artists, diplomats and members of the society of Brasília. |

| The pieces presented different artistic styles, painted by 43 artists, including the painter Fábia Ferreira. She paints since 1996 and is one of the artists who are exhibiting for the first time in the gallery. Her paintings will be displayed, in the future, at the cultural space of SENAI. |

| The arts teacher Mrs. Rosana Cruz, also was on the vernissage. She has already exhibited at the gallery and in the Ministery of Navy, where she received a medal of honor. One of her students, Mrs. Lilian Lacerda, is participating of the exhibition as well. “It is the fourth time that I am part of this exhibition and I find it wonderful the opportunity of showing my work side by side with the piece of my masters”, said Mrs. Lacerta. Another teacher present at the event was Mrs. Elza Palmoj, specialist on oil on canvas. She has been painting for over thirty years and has 21 students participating of the vernissage. |

| One of the principal guests at the event was Mrs. Dulcinéia Martins de Souza, artist who first started the paint exhibition at Picanhas do Sul restaurant, fifteen years ago. She started the exhibitions at her own house two years before that. She was proud to see the growth of that event, presenting more and more artists every year. |
