| The guests, mostly members of the International Club of Brasilia, could watch, on a big screen at the hall of the embassy, a movie about the dances, the traditional clothes and the many natural beauties of that beautiful country. The embassy also organized an exhibition of typical clothes and craftwork from the Philippines. |

| After the guests arrival, ambassador Terezita Barsana and the President of the International Club of Brasilia, Mrs. Vera Coimbra, thanked the presence of all the guests and announced the visit of the Miss Brazil and Miss Distrito Federal in the event. |
